VANCOUVER, B.C. – November 7, 2024 – Segev LLP is pleased to announce that Evan Walman has joined the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in the corporate finance, venture capital, and emerging tech sectors. Evan’s practice focuses on advising emerging companies, facilitating venture capital and M&A transactions, and navigating the digital asset and blockchain landscape.

Evan’s experience spans diverse markets, including Canada, the U.S., Caribbean and Israel, where he has worked alongside venture capital funds, startups, and M&A advisory teams. In addition to his practice at Segev LLP, Evan is involved with a venture capital fund and a boutique investment bank, where he supports mergers and acquisitions initiatives. His expertise complements Segev’s strengths in helping clients at the intersection of finance and innovation achieve ambitious growth.
